A logical brain can understand that the term "black on black crime" doesn't make any sense. To say that "black on black crime" is to also say that no one else the same creed, color or race commit crimes against each other except for blacks? Feel me?
That term is propaganda to create more division. However, it is also great that it is bringing up that issue into light.
