This is me expressing how I feel.
Suicide is a very tragic thing. It's a tragic as not caring about other who desperately need help, which leads them to suicide thoughts or acting on it. We want to prevent suicide by telling people to not do it but ignore the underlining reasons why they want to do it and don't help them.
I dislike that process of fake care.

Let's talk about everything taboo and untouchable cuz why not?
Why do we subject ourselves to these boxes and limits.
Why do we let other silence us and why do we silence ourselves?
Talk about what you want and when you want.
Silence is a killer because it kills your inner self. You have a voice, so let's hear it.
I've always to talk about suicide. But every time that I did, people would shame me and shut me down. FINE!
I will talk to myself about it and you can either hear me out or get with the convo.
Stop being scared and let's talk about suicide.
